USDA Inspected & Sealed for Freshness
Our meat is USDA inspected, vacuum sealed for freshness then frozen, and shipped in insulated, recyclable packaging with gel packs and dry ice.
If you place a very small "sample" order you packaging will not be recyclable.
Shipping
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend. We use UPS 1 - 2 Day delivery depending upon your location and the temps that time of year. Overnight delivery can be requested at checkout but may be required during extremely hot times of year. Please note it usually isn't possible to ship your order the same day it is received.
You will receive UPS tracking information and delivery updates directly from UPS so be certain your email address and phone number is correctly entered. Some or all of UPS shipping alerts may be directed to Outlook's "clutter" or Gmails "promotional" box so check these locations if no information is received.

- Chem Free Life makes every attempt to ensure your product arrives in good condition. Your order leaves our facility at minus ten degrees Fahrenheit, is packed with dry ice in an insulated package. Unforseen weather conditions and holidays can force exceptions to our shipping schedule. Below are important shipping notes to keep in mind when placing your order.
- Chem Free Life is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. We do use software to check the address before creating your shipping label however you must provide a valid address where you can receive the package in a timely manner.
- All products ship frozen and will arrive frozen, partially thawed or chilled. Depending upon ambient temperature our products are packed to remain frozen for up to to six days. This is to ensure unexpected shipping delays do not compromise the quality of our product.
- Inclement weather and other unforseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed.
- We use Shipfare to manage our shipping logistics with UPS and to coordinate re-delivery and process claims regarding delayed or missing packages.
- The customer is responsible, when sending as a gift, to make the recipient aware of the product delivery and be sure they are available for timely receipt of the package.
- UPS will leave your order at your door with no signature required. If UPS delivers but the package is stolen, you forget to put the meat directly in the refrigerator, freezer, or leave on vacation and the product sits and spoils, we cannot be responsible.

We do not ship to every state or district. At this time we do not ship to US territories, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska or Washington DC.
Communication
You may receive FOUR or more post-order emails from us to prepare you to receive your perishable shipment in a timely manner. Please be sure to add info@chemfreelife.com as a contact to prevent the notifications from going to your spam or promotions folder.
